1. The Promoter

The promoter is Tripsora Capitals Ltd, with a registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2N, United Kingdom ("Tripsora").

2. The Giveaway

This is a promotional giveaway to celebrate the relaunch of hotels.tripsora.com. Tripsora is giving away one (1) unique 10% discount code to the first ten (10) new users to successfully register for an account.

3. Eligibility

• The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Entry is not open to employees of Tripsora, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the administration of the giveaway.
• Only new users who have not previously registered an account on any Tripsora platform are eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

• The giveaway opens at 00:01 BST on [Start Date] and closes at 23:59 BST on 15th September 2025 (the "Closing Date").
• To enter, participants must:
  • - Visit hotels.tripsora.com.
  • - Complete the registration process for a new user account.
• Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

5. The Prize

• The prize for each of the ten (10) winners is a unique discount code for 10% off the total booking value of one (1) hotel booking made on hotels.tripsora.com.
• The discount code is for one-time use only.
• The code has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
• The prize is non-transferable and must be used by the winner.
• The discount code will be valid for use until June 29, 2026. Any bookings made after this date will not be eligible for the discount.
• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

6. Winner Selection

The first ten (10) new users to register a completed account on hotels.tripsora.com, based on the server's registration timestamp, will be deemed the provisional winners. Tripsora's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be notified by email to the address used for their registration within 7 working days of the Closing Date.
• The winner must respond to the notification email to accept the prize and confirm their eligibility within 72 hours of the email being sent.
• If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, or if they are found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and Tripsora reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the next eligible registrants.
