1. The Promoter

The promoter is Tripsora Capitals Ltd, with a registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2N, United Kingdom ("Tripsora").

2. The Promotion

This is a promotional campaign to increase awareness and adoption of the Tripsora AI mobile application. Participants who download the Tripsora AI app will receive a $100 USD credit towards hotel bookings on tripsora.hotel.com, subject to the terms outlined below.

3. Eligibility

• The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over worldwide.
• Participation is not open to employees of Tripsora, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the administration of the promotion.
• Participants must have the legal capacity to enter into promotional agreements.
• Only one promotional credit per person/household is permitted.

4. How to Participate

• The promotion runs from the date of agreement execution until 31st December 2025 (the "Closing Date").
• To qualify for the promotional credit, participants must:
  • - Download the Tripsora AI application from the Google Play Store
  • - Create and publish promotional content (newsletter, social media post, blog post, or review) featuring the Tripsora AI app
  • - Provide evidence of the published promotional content to [email protected]
  • - Register an account on tripsora.hotel.com if not already registered
• All promotional content must be truthful, non-misleading, and comply with applicable advertising standards.
• Tripsora reserves the right to approve or reject promotional content at its sole discretion.

5. The Promotional Credit

• Qualified participants will receive a $100 USD credit towards hotel bookings on tripsora.hotel.com.
• The credit can only be applied to bookings with a minimum total value of $1,000 USD.
• The credit is provided via a unique discount code for one-time use only.
• The credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• The discount code will be valid for use until 1st January 2026. Any bookings made after this date will not be eligible for the discount.
• The credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.
• The credit cannot be applied to taxes, fees, or charges outside of the base accommodation rate.

6. Credit Issuance

• Promotional credits will be issued within 14 working days of Tripsora's verification of app download and account registration.
• Participants will be notified by email with their unique discount code and instructions for use.
• Tripsora's decision regarding qualification for promotional credits is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Credits may be revoked if fraudulent activity is detected or if these terms are violated.

7. Data Protection

• By participating in this promotion, you agree that any personal information provided may be held and used by Tripsora to administer the promotion and provide the promotional credit.

8. Cancellation and Modifications

• Modifications to bookings made with promotional credits may result in forfeiture of the credit discount.

9. General

• Tripsora's decision in respect of all matters relating to this promotion will be final.
• Tripsora accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of participating in the promotion or using the promotional credit.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding this promotion.
• The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
