5. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS

- Obtaining appropriate travel insurance
- Confirming reservations with third-party providers
- Assessing safety and health risks at your destination
- Checking current prices, operating hours, and availability
13.6 Compliance with Travel Laws
You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws in your destination countries
- Obtain necessary travel documents (passport, visa, permits)
- Follow local customs, regulations, and cultural norms
- Check and comply with current travel advisories
14. MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND AGREEMENT
14.1 Product Updates
We may update, modify, or discontinue Digital Products or AI systems at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
14.2 Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective:
- Immediately upon posting on our website for new purchases
- 30 days after notification for existing customers
14.3 Notification
We will notify you of material changes via:
- Email to your registered address
- Notice on our website
- In-app notification (if applicable)
15. TERMINATION
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] or following Account closure procedures on our website.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund for purchased products unless they are defective or undelivered.
15.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your Account immediately if you:
- Violate this Agreement or our Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes in bad faith
- Abuse our services, AI systems, or support team
- Fail to pay amounts owed
15.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to Digital Products may be revoked immediately
- Outstanding fees remain due and payable
- We will delete or anonymize your data per our Privacy Policy
- Generated itineraries will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy
16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
16.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to resolve your concern within 30 days.
16.2 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16.3 Jurisdiction
For Business Users: You agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
For UK Consumers: You may bring claims in English courts or courts in your country of residence. Online dispute resolution is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr (where applicable).
16.4 Time Limitation
Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it will be permanently barred.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, wildfires)
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
- Government actions, restrictions, or regulations
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Acts or failures of third-party service providers (including AI providers)
- Cyber attacks or security breaches beyond our control
If a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate affected orders with a refund for undelivered products.

- Use of data to improve service quality
- Processing of payment information by our payment processors
18.4 AI Training and Data Usage
We do not use your personal data to train or improve third-party AI models.
Your travel preferences are processed only to generate your specific itinerary. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.

19. CONSUMER RIGHTS (UK/EU CUSTOMERS)
19.1 UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
19.2 Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
- You have 14 days from purchase to cancel for any reason
- However, you acknowledge that Digital Products are generated and delivered immediately
- By requesting immediate generation and delivery, you expressly waive your right to cancel after the itinerary is generated and accessed
To preserve your cancellation right:
- Do not request generation or access the Digital Product within 14 days

19.3 Faulty Digital Content
If Digital Content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you have the right to:
- Repair or replacement (regeneration) within a reasonable time at no cost
- Price reduction if repair/replacement is impossible or takes too long
- Full refund if the fault cannot be fixed or is substantial
19.4 Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory rights as a consumer. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will take precedence.

Q: Can I unlock Days 3-4 after my trip has started?
A: Yes! You can purchase the Premium Unlock anytime before or during your trip, as long as your itinerary is still accessible.
AI & Content
Q: How accurate is the AI-generated content?
A: Our AI generates itineraries based on extensive data, but accuracy is not guaranteed. You MUST verify all information independently before booking.
Booking & Travel
Q: Does Tripsora book hotels, flights, or activities?
A: No. We provide AI-generated recommendations only. You are responsible for booking all travel services independently.
Q: Is travel insurance included?
A: No. You must purchase travel insurance separately from a licensed provider. We strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive coverage.
22. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
22.1 Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tripsora Capitals Ltd.
22.2 Severability
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder remains in full force.
22.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver unless acknowledged in writing.
22.4 Assignment
You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. We may assign freely to any successor entity.
22.5 Language
This Agreement is in English. If translated, the English version shall prevail.

- You accept full responsibility for verifying all AI-generated travel information
- You understand the limitations of AI-generated content and will use it at your own risk
- You have reviewed and agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy
- You understand that refunds are only available for technical defects or documented exceptional circumstances
- You agree that itineraries will be automatically deleted 30 days after your trip date
