3.4 "Subscription Services" (if applicable) means recurring access plans that provide ongoing benefits, multiple itinerary generations, and enhanced features over a defined subscription period.

22. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

22.2 Severability

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder remains in full force.

22.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver unless acknowledged in writing.

22.4 Assignment

You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. We may assign freely to any successor entity.

22.5 Language

This Agreement is in English. If translated, the English version shall prevail.
