Last updated: 2 November 2026 · Version: 1.5 TRIPSORA CAPITALS LTD (Company Number 16549250), registered in England and Wales, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
In short. Travellers who have planned a trip with us can ask to talk to a local travel expert. If you are a local agency or expert, we can introduce you to them. We only make the introduction: you advise and sell, you answer the traveller yourself, and you look after their details properly. Taking part costs a £99 one-off setup fee and £49 a month. We take no commission on referrals, and you choose whether to accept each request.
1. About these Terms
Who we are. "We", "Tripsora" and "us" mean TRIPSORA CAPITALS LTD, which runs tripsora.com, tripbuilder.ai, trip-planner.ai and routeplanner.ai. "You" means the agency, tour operator or expert (a company, partnership or individual acting for business) that takes part. "Traveller" means a person who asks us to introduce them.
Applying. You can apply at tripsora.com/local/join.php. We review applications by hand, and nothing is charged until we approve you and you pay.
Your logo. If you upload your logo and tick the permission box, you allow us to display it, free of charge, on our websites and in emails and materials about local expert introductions, for as long as you take part. You confirm that you have the right to give this permission. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected], and we then remove the logo within 30 days.
Accepting them. You accept these Agency Terms when you pay or confirm in writing (for example by replying "I accept" to our email, or by ticking the box on a form we give you). Words defined in our Terms of Service mean the same here.
Businesses only. These Terms are for businesses. Consumer rights of travellers are not affected by them.
2. The introductions
What we do. A traveller asks us on our sites to talk to a local expert about their trip. They confirm by email. After that we send you their name, email address, trip details, note and a link to their plan, and you reply to them directly.
We only introduce. We are not a travel agent or tour operator and we do not sell travel. Any advice, quote, booking or contract is between you and the traveller. We are not a party to it.
You choose. You can accept or decline any request, for any reason. Declining costs nothing extra and does not affect your subscription.
No promise of volume. We do not promise any number of introductions, any level of bookings or earnings, or that you will receive any at all. We may send a traveller to you or to another agency.
No exclusivity. Neither of us is exclusive. We may work with other agencies, including in your destination, and you may work with other lead sources.
Not an endorsement. An introduction is not our recommendation of your services, and you must not say that Tripsora recommends, approves or guarantees you.
3. Who can take part
You are a real, established business, you can lawfully sell the services you offer where you operate, and you hold every licence, registration and insurance the law requires (for example ABTA or ATOL protection for UK package travel, or the equivalent licence in your country).
If you organise packages or sell them to travellers, you meet the package travel rules that apply to you and you are the seller and organiser, not us.
The details you give us (name, contact email, the countries or places you cover, any licence number) are accurate, and you tell us promptly if they change. We may ask for proof of your licence and insurance.
4. Answering travellers
You decide whether to take each request. Use "I will take this" or "Not for me" in our email. Declining needs no reason, the traveller is not told, and we may offer the request to someone else.
If you have not accepted or declined a request after 2 working days, we send you one reminder. After 4 working days we may offer it to another agency. About five days after you take a request, we may ask the traveller whether you got in touch.
When you take a request, reply to the traveller within 2 working days, in plain language, and keep what you say accurate: prices, availability, what is included, and what you cannot do.
Be clear who you are. Do not pretend to be Tripsora or to speak for it, and do not put pressure on a traveller to buy.
If you cannot help (wrong place, wrong season, fully booked), say so quickly and, if you can, point the traveller somewhere useful.
You give travellers your own booking terms, and you keep to the consumer, price and advertising rules that apply to you.
5. Traveller details
Your role. Once we send you a traveller's details you are an independent controller of them under UK GDPR (or the law that applies to you). You are responsible for them. The traveller agreed to share them with a local expert for their trip; that agreement is their consent to this introduction, not to marketing.
What you may do. Use the details only to answer the traveller's request and, if they decide to book with you, to deal with the booking. Do not add them to a mailing list, sell, share or pass them on (except to the suppliers you need to carry out the traveller's booking), and do not use the plan link for anything else.
Keep them safe. Use sensible security (access limited to people who need it, a locked device, a good password). Tell us at [email protected] within 24 hours if you think details have been lost or seen by someone who should not have them.
Keep them no longer than needed. Delete the details when the enquiry ends with no booking (no later than 12 months after the introduction), and sooner when the traveller asks or when we tell you the traveller has withdrawn consent. Tell us when you have done so.
Travellers' rights. You answer a traveller's request to see, correct or delete their details, and you tell us if one of them contacts you about our introduction.
Your details. We keep your business details to run the programme and to match you with travellers. See section 2.10 of the Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Setup fee. A one-off fee of £99, charged with your first payment.
Subscription.£49 a month, charged in advance by card through Stripe, renewing every month until you cancel. Your subscription pays for taking part and for the requests we send you, whether you accept them or not.
No commission. We charge nothing per introduction and take no commission or share of any booking or sale you make to a traveller. The subscription and setup fee are the only amounts you pay us.
No VAT is added because we are not VAT-registered. Prices are in pounds sterling. If this changes, we tell you before it applies.
Price changes. We may change the fees. We tell you in writing at least 30 days before a change affects your next payment, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, we pause new introductions until it is paid. If it is not resolved within a reasonable time, we may end your taking part.
Refunds. Fees for a month that has started, and the setup fee, are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we end your taking part for a reason that is not a breach of these Terms by you; then we refund the unused part of the current month.
Travellers pay us nothing. Asking for an introduction is free for the traveller. Do not ask a traveller to pay anything to us.
Labelling. Because agencies pay us, we say so in our Disclaimer and Affiliate Disclosure. Paying does not change the plan our AI gives a traveller, and an introduction is not our recommendation of you.
7. Your conduct
Follow the law, including consumer protection, advertising, data protection, anti-spam and (where it applies) anti-bribery rules.
Do not send unsolicited marketing to travellers, scrape our sites, copy our plans for other purposes, or use our names, logos or the plan content in your own marketing without our written permission.
Do not do anything that is dishonest, unsafe or likely to damage Tripsora's reputation or a traveller.
8. Our rights
We choose which agencies receive which introductions. We may pause, change or end the programme, or stop sending you introductions, at any time.
We may remove you at once if you break these Terms, mislead a traveller, mishandle their details, lose a licence or insurance, or if we receive a serious complaint about you.
We may share what a traveller or you tell us about an introduction with the other side, where needed to deal with a complaint.
9. Complaints
A traveller's complaint about your service is for you to resolve with them. We do not decide disputes between you and a traveller, but we may pass a complaint on to you and you agree to cooperate.
Complaints about us go to [email protected] with "Formal Complaint" in the subject.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings or indirect losses, and our total liability to you in connection with these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £100 if that is more.
You are responsible for your services, your advice, your prices and your handling of travellers' details. You will cover our reasonable losses from a claim by a traveller or an authority that arises from them, to the extent you caused it.
11. Ending
You can cancel at any time yourself on your agency page (tripsora.com/local/portal.php, where you sign in with a one-time link we email you), or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and you receive requests until then.
We may also end your taking part by telling you in writing, and at once in the cases in section 8.
When it ends, sections 5 (traveller details), 10 and 12 still apply. Within 30 days you delete the details of travellers who did not book with you and tell us you have done so.
12. General
Changes. We may update these Terms. We tell you by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect; if you keep taking part after that, you accept it.
Not a partnership. Nothing here makes you our agent, employee, partner or joint venturer, or makes us yours.
Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
Notices. We write to the email address you gave us. You write to [email protected].
Whole agreement; severability. These Terms are the whole agreement about the introductions. If part is not enforceable, the rest still applies.
Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them to a company that takes over our business.
